化学需氧量(COD)在线分析仪是基于中国国家标准方法——化学需氧量的测定，重铬酸盐法新一代全COD在线分析仪，该产品是河南绥净环保科技有限公司在水质分析类产品研究基础之上推出的一款高性价比在线监测仪器。通过高温高压环境下水样、重铬酸钾、硫酸银（作为催化剂使用直链只放祖化合物氧化更充分）和浓硫酸所行成的混合溶液内部发生氧化还原反应，再次期间溶液中Cr(VI)被还原成Cr(III),从而使得该混合溶液的颜色发生改变，溶液颜色的改变程度与水样的化学需氧量(COD)成对应关系，仪器通过光信号便可直接测定出水样的COD值。水样中的氯离子是主要干扰物质，可通过添加汞含量综合水样中的氯离子来消除氯的干扰。
